[BUGS] IRC

I personally like that with austnet it is all managed for us. But i'll follow the pack and if we go to the new oz.org servers i'll follow along. oftc and freenode i believe were only ever setup as alternatives for when there were issues with the oz.org servers, so i think it's between austnet and oz.org.

so i think that is one vote for oz.org and one apathetic abstainer :-)

Subject: [BUGS] IRC

Firstly, I know nothing about the administrative background of running an IRC server. I mostly just lurk and occasionally post inane shit about beer and sometimes interesting imgur stuff.

But now we have four IRC #bugs channels. I think this is too many.

Relying on 'bugsbridge' seems a temporary solution. (thanks callum!)

I propose ONE primary server to connect to, and deprecate the others.
(deprecating seems to be a thing at the moment)

Should irc.oz.org (the original) go back to being the master?

The others are:

  irc.austnet.org
  irc.freenode.net
irc.oftc.net

I'm not fussed which one is chosen, but there should be only one.
