I've re-jigged the server to setup virtual hosting so this no longer works.
The current temporary hostname is bugswiki.rulingia.com (so I could
verify that I've got the virtual hosting correct).  I've asked for
the DNS delegation to be updated and once that is done, I'll fixup the
certificates and remove the temporary name.
