That's a Socket-A motherboard and should be able to take most Socket-A
CPUs - Athlon, Athlon-XP, Duron and Sempron. Are you trying to replace
the CPU in this motherboard or install FreeBSD on it?

Both these cards should be supported by FreeBSD.
