You don't need CAT6 for gigabit ethernet.
And you don't need crossover with gigabit neither, it's smart enough
to figure out what kind of cable is attached to it.

-r is write-once, no need for formatting, only need for fixating.

-rw is different that you can rewrite on them (duh)

And the - and + signs have confused me often enough.
