Simple answer: Everything you receive.

Complicated answer: All traffic that originated beyond the ISPs local  
network segment (depending on ISP you may or may not be charged for  
internal source addresses and should not be charged for packets  
originating on your local network segment, but what is your local  
segment changes depending on network topology and technology in use)  
that is routed to the CPE. What the ISP considers to be the CPE also  
changes between ISPs and networks.

The answer I think you are looking for is this: Regardless of your  
firewall accepting or denying the data, you are charged for it before  
your firewall even gets to look at it.
