Unless you have that IP address you shouldn't worry..

I would imagine any blacklisting would use that address, since the  
mail header from: field is trivial to spoof I can't really see anyone  
trusting it. However:

I attempted to connect to this mail server, but I get a time out on  
port 25 and connection refused on 587, so it was probably just a  
spammer relay that is no longer there..

Do you have a 'catch all' rule for caamora that redirects mail to non- 
existent addresses @caamora to you? It seems odd to me that they would  
have used your actual e-mail address..
