I would guess so.

Unless you are running an open relay, the original bounce didn't
originate from you and so you wouldn't be put on a blacklist.
It's possible someone else's open relay was used to generate
the bounce and spam the eventual recipients that way.

Your choices are:
a) ignore it;
b) implement some sort of local spam filtering and ignore it.
