[BUGS] making photos

Hi JLM, et.al.,

busy busy busy, and so only just now starting to 'catch up'.

Jonathan, regarding the move to digital photography... there are 
alternatives. If you have a pretty good 'analogue' setup (and it sounds 
like you do) an alternative is to have your films processed and 
converted to digital images at the time of processing. In the past we 
have done this (before we went digital), and it was pretty successful.

The mob we used is in Queensland (http://www.extrafilm.com.au/). Their 
prices were (I thought) pretty reasonable. Just checking the site now, 
35mm processing only (no prints) and CD with the piccies on it is $13.90 
per roll + $2.75 per roll postage/handling - so really, each roll to be 
processed to CD is about $16.75.

I've used them in the past, and been happy with their service, and the 
quality of their processing and printing.

Just an alternative to all the messages flying around about going 
completely digital.
