Sorry, perhaps it wasn't too clear..

Their mail servers are not mine, they get their mail from wherever  
they get it from. I can only do anything with it once they download it  
with their clients. I suppose I could download their mail for them and  
provide it on a local server, but I would rather not go down that path  
at this point in time.
