[BUGS] BUGS Mailing list should now be delivering mail correctly.

Yesterday's test message wasn't acceptable to all receiving MTAs so I've
tweaked a few things and a test message worked.

For anyone who didn't see my message yesterday:

The DNS have been redirected and if this goes out correctly then everything
has been migrated successfully.
 
Please let me know if you find any issues with either the mailing list,
