[BUGS] BUGS Changes

TL;DR: Don't send mail to bugs at bugs.au.freebsd.org until further notice.

The BUGS website and mailing list are in the process of moving to a new
server and I am currently waiting for the DNS delegation to catch up.
The website (dokuwiki) and Mailman configuration and archives have been
transferred to the new server but bugs.au.freebsd.org still points at
the old servers.

Current status:
bugs at bugs.au.freebsd.org will still work but mails sent to that address will
not appear in the new archives.
https://www.rulingia.com/mailman/listinfo/bugs - new mailing list archives.
https://www.bugs.au.freebsd.org/ is marked "readonly" on the old site and
will become writable once the DNS changes occur.

I will send a further mail once things have settled down.
