[BUGS] The future of bugs.au.freebsd.org

Sam has indicated that he'd like someone else to take over the website.
I'll take it over if no-one else wants it.  Does anyone else particularly
want to or feel that they are in a better position than me?  Or would
the membership prefer someone else?
