Hmmm.  Closest would be the Parkway Hotel: http://www.parkwayhotel.com.au/
This offers motel-style accomodation and I don't know that I'd recommend
staying there.

I think that flying from Hawaii solely for an afternoon's get-together
is overkill and expect that you'd spend some time in Sydney (or at
least Australia).  I'd suggest staying in Manly, Chatswood or Sydney
CBD - at least then you'll have something to do outside the meeting.
I can't really recommend anything as I don't stay in local hotels.
