[BUGS] Bus Transport Offer for 1st November Meeting

In brief:

I'm planning to be at the meeting on 1st November. I'm planning to drive
and I have a minibus (seats 15). I'm happy to accommodate as many BUGS
inside the bus as will fit.

I will need to be back in Minchinbury by 19:00, so the time that the bus
leaves Peter's will depend on the extent of the detour necessary to get
everybody home before then.
