[BUGS] Thoughts on storing copy of out going mail

This is normally done by the MUA.  Is there any particular
reason for wanting the MTA to be involved?  I can see that you
might want to argue reliability, but if you're putting the saved
sent mail back in a mailbox in the user's directory, then they
can just mess with it after the fact anyway.
