So the mail is deliverd at your ISP but doesn't show up further? I
would suggest you contact them first. Give them the message ID, and
give them the line from your logfile which says "status=sent (250
2.0.0 Ok: queued as 123456789)". They should be able to figure out
what happened with that email.
