[BUGS] doing file downloads by http with commandline browser

Hi Jonathan,

You need to escape the question mark from the shell.

'http://ota.oucs.ox.ac.uk/scripts/download.php?approval=682571798f412a23de94'

or

"http://ota.oucs.ox.ac.uk/scripts/download.php?approval=682571798f412a23de94"

or

http://ota.oucs.ox.ac.uk/scripts/download.php\?approval=682571798f412a23de94
