I don't usually bother tracking every single release.. I would track  
7_0, until such a time as something above 7_0 had stuff in it I  
thought would be nice to have =)

But if you wanted to, you would track 7_0 until 7.1 came out, then you  
would track 7_1 until the next one.. If you were to just wait for 7.1  
you would miss any important security fixes etc.
