They look pretty good..

Do you know how the data allowance works? Like for the cheapest they  
quote 1500 GB/month (which seems like a lot at $199), but is that  
calculated on combined up and down stream or just on one of them? What  
happens if you go over it?

I should probably mail them directly, but I thought you may know..
