[BUGS] mail with odd headers .. me thinks

no, i am very specific as regards my alias list,
/etc/mail/aliases each one is fro a specific task and if it
startes to do other things i start to work out why ..

it looks like a hole has "developed" and i'm looking to get on
top of it sooner rather than latter, so to speak.

no, did i say specific, its more like paraniod and when stuff
like this turns up i get .. well paranoid .. mild grin.

i would say absolutely, but i got caught out some 25 years ago,
so these days i say "i am sure, reasonably so"

nothing, well i still use mutt as my mua and its v0.84e (yes, teh mx
host is still at freebsd v2.2.5-R -- it is doing its job and i
see any real reason to upgrade it beyond teh pressure to move to
freebsd v6.2/v7 if it will run on a 486dx50 class machine with
32 mb dram and a truck load od scsi 1 gb hard drives.

thanks for teh reasurance, that is what i thought, which then
lead to my questions.

i did but it turned up not much, well nothing specific, though
i did find several other posts virtually identical to teh
"mailinglist" address (jon at) in my normal mail folder (jlm
at) the headers are similar and teh bodies are identical

looks like tis time to go blind for teh rest of teh day .. its
times like this i wish i had a 32 inch lcd screen pluged into
my vga output ... grrr, thats life i suppose.
