[BUGS] sendmail modifying incoming (possibly outgoing) mail

i guess it would be easy to push it off to teh recieving end
and ask them to fix what is essentially my problem, i guess
they would would have teh odd procmailrc client but thats that
i suppose the issue is not that its freebsd dot org but my end
that making this happen and i have to fix it.

but, it is this (my) end that these issues need to be resolved
and its looking like it is my mail reader .. things have
changed in the last 10 years, thats life.
