[BUGS] advice software and an odditity..

a few years ago i toyed with setting up a ticket'ing software
suite, as the RT mob describe it, a good way to followup and
manage a groups/communities 'todo lists' back then i was most
interested in a thing called RT, it was setup by a group of
american lawyers (? ispell said its ok ??). the hardware
requirements ar a bit  much for me .. but i/m not looking to
setup for an active 'practice' so to speak.

so, i am wondering if anybody out there in admin land has
comeacross anything er somewhat less robust, so to speak ..
grin sort off. a small scale 'ticketing' manager or something
like that. "PIMs" with shared calanders are not  something i am
prepared to invest in at this point in time, not with an
electricity bill of 250 a quarter for a 6400r pluss existant
hardware. ouch .. ok i was expecting so no 'toldyaso' ok.

this other item is a real oddity to me because my limited
skillset cannot see how it is done, i added an alias to my
oldish sendmail alias list and today i am getting junkmail ??
is it as simple as before it got added tot eh alias list it
simply dropped to teh floor as undeliverable and now it has got
some place to go so i get to see it ?? or am i conspiracy
theorising this to death ,, again ??

hopefully this change of govt will give us invalids a break, no
not whatever teh howard inquisition hasn't managed to find and
break already. a few drinks at teh next bugs day for a new
australia .. how about it february some time ??
