Don't.  SMB/MS-DOS/Windows has a different notion of how to
time-stamp a file (local vs UTC), and that's probably going to
cause grief. rsync is clever enough (or can be persuaded to be,
with a command-line flag) to find differences in the actual
content of the files, and that should suffice for this sort of
thing.
