Thanks for that.  People might find this site handy too:
http://people.freebsd.org/~kuriyama/mirrors/
and then scroll or click down to #au.  This shows that ftp3.au is
the most up-to-date of the ones scanned (it doesn't scan ftp4,
which seems to be up-to-date according to your (Edwin's) site,
too.  Unfortunately for me, neither ftp3 nor ftp4 seem to be
sites that host a cvsup server, which is what I'm really
interested in.
