[BUGS] Statistics for Australian FreeBSD mirrors

At http://www.mavetju.org/unix/ftp-stats.php I have an overview of
the quality of the Australian mirrors with regarding to the ISO
images directories of ftp.freebsd.org.

Not great but it shows where you can find your ISO images.
